Dr. Glenn Gass talks about the roots of rock, up to the "British Invasion", which was basically after the United Kingdom got introduced to rock and roll and began to make there own cover versions of songs, and new British artists started to form like The Beatles. this is a very helpful site, and it gives alot of information about Rock And Roll and is roots and its influences.
